A new dating website, The Amazing Kreskin’s Supernatural Dating Society, has been launched, designed for “enthusiasts of the paranormal, the unexplained, the mystical, the implausible”, offering a ‘fascinating new world of dating connections’.

The founder of the site, The Amazing Kreskin (80), a mentalist, explained to Cosompolitian.com that the idea came to him after meeting people who wanted to meet people who shared their interests in the supernatural, but feared they would be branded as ‘crazy’.

“People need a way to express themselves, and not feel embarrassed or humiliated or like they’re a kook and so forth,” he said.

He believes the site is “going to take on a dimension that I never realized” in future.

However, The Amazing’s not looking for love on the site himself – “I only have four days off a month, so there’s not much time for dating.”

When signing up for the website, you’re immediately greeted by the founder, The Amazing Kreskin, touching a woman’s temple.

After flicking through the profiles on the site, most of the people seemed quite normal – and there was no mention of supernatural interests.

Kreskin also addressed the question everyone was asking – can ghosts use the site?

I will put it this way: If I find out and can have clear proof that ghosts use the site, I promise a headline in every newspaper in the Western world.
