TWO MEN HAVE been arrested after attempting to smuggle over €60,000 worth of drugs through Rosslare Port.
Officers from Revenue’s Customs Service seized 2.7 kilos of cannabis and .32 of a kilo of a substance believed to be ecstasy with a total street value of €63,200 at Rosslare Europort.
The drugs were discovered concealed under the back seat of a car, which had arrived on a ferry from Cherbourg this afternoon.
Two Polish nationals, both men, were arrested and taken to Wexford Garda station for questioning.
Investigations are on-going.
