Anyone who thinks Dublin don’t deserve our win never played ball before.both players busted a gut and it could have gone either way. Today we got the win so many times we haven’t. Well done to Both teams the two best teams in the country played a great game today.my team the Dubs came out on top and I can’t believe it haven’t seen a game like it in years.love the dubs love th GAA well done to all involved a great showpiece.Kerry players hold your head high.

I have congratulated our super lads on a job so so well done against as they are known ‘The ould Rivals’ Kerry. We are lucky as it ended by a difference of one point and so we respect a win when it’s in our grasp. The best thing is the ‘SAM McGUIRE’ is going to be shon by us at least for a year and that is a pleasure. I hope everyone in their homes looking at the JOURNAL ‘online’ as I had the journey the Sam and the Boys will take through Dublin. I won’t be there myself, but but but….I have a great excuse….I live in Spain and so can’t but oh so wish I could be. Enjoy every moment those of you who will make it and for those of you who are thinking “Ah sure I’ll sit here and watch it on the telly” If you are old, sick or infirm ok, otherwise, remember that fantastic game the boys put on for you, give them something back…Get out there and salute them.
