Man in his 40s dead after motorbike crash

The man was discovered at around 1am this morning.

GARDAÍ HAVE SAID they are investigating a fatal crash which happened at around 1am this morning in Kildare.

A man in his 40s was discovered on the R413 between Kilcullen village and Mile Mill.

Gardaí said the man, who was driving a motorbike, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A garda spokeswoman said: “The road is currently closed for Garda Forensic Collision Investigators to carry out their duties and local diversions are in place.”
