THERE WAS ONE winner of last night’s Lotto jackpot, worth over €8 million.

The winning ticket, worth a total €8,244,501, was sold in the north-west of the country.

The numbers drawn were 2, 8, 16, 24, 33, 42 and the bonus number was 47.

There was no winner of the Lotto Plus 1 or Lotto Plus 2 jackpots.

The next lottery draw will be on Wednesday with a guaranteed jackpot of at least €2 million.

The Euromillions prize draw on Tuesday will be worth €30 million.

Whoever won last night’s jackpot will have 90 days to claim their prize or the money will be forfeited.
