That’s a lot of green hats.
YOU MAY OR may not know that there is a live-streaming web cam in Temple Bar.
It is, handily enough, pointing at The Temple Bar.
Yesterday, it was able to capture the busiest day in capital’s nightlife hub.
Here’s how it went:
Yesterday 11am – A lone tourist takes a selfie
11.30am – Crowds are building and queuing for the pub
Mid-day – The pub opens and the party is in full swing
3pm - Jammers
5.30pm - An ambulance fights its way through the crowd
6pm - A van tries the same thing
9pm - Night is here and people are going nowhere
Midnight - It keeps going
1am - Winding down
3.15am - Party over
4am - Go home, lads
5am - Clean up time
6.40am - The calm after the storm
