  • The amount of cannabis being seized these days is unbelievable, it shows how much demand there is for it, it’s just a pity that it’s only the criminal underworld that are profiting from it, they’re laughing all the way to the bank. I don’t understand why the option of legalising it isn’t even being debated.

  • While cannabis being illegal and not regulated is the height of hypocrisy, the medical issue has to be dealt with asap! Alot of people online claim cannabis cures cancer and almost every other disease but the US policy adopted by all but a few countries that join the UN it class “The drug or other substance has a high potential for abuse.” & “The drug or other substance has no currently accepted medical use in treatment.”.
This has meant limited testing is available for scientist but there’s very recent research online now, a Bio-Med company in the states testing cannabis and actually now making products for diseases and ailments including Cancer, HIV/aids, Alzheimers , anti-aging, autoimmune disease, brain trauma, Crohn’s disease, diabetes, digestive disorder, gastrointestinal, glaucoma, high blood pressure, MRSA, MS, Tourettes etc.

They have case studies on their website, in three out of four cases so far including skin, squamos cell and basal cell carcinoma cancers patients after days or just a few weeks of self applied medication cancers where gone and the area healed, in the fourth read for yourself…

“shows a large tumor protruding a few inches above the surface of the patient’s skull prior to treatment. The cannabis-based extract was applied into the holes and the surrounding tissue that are seen in this patient’s scalp that extended down to the skull. The second photograph shows the patient’s head after receiving one of many radiation treatments. Subsequent photos demonstrate what appears to be the cannabis extract drawing out, and killing the cancer cells from these lesions.
While this patient’s self-administered treatment with cannabis extracts is still in progress, the results after just two weeks of treatment are dramatic. Some of the tumors have disappeared and others have significantly shrunk to a fraction of their original size. Simultaneously, the patient has had a significant decrease in pain, improved sleeping (the 1st full night of sleep in 3 years), as well as relief from the symptoms of multiple sclerosis that the patient also suffers from. This self-treatment is a work in progress.
Cannabis Science is showing the general public unbiased evidence as we acquire it independent of the final outcome. As the treatment continues, and physician determinations are made, we will continue to update you so that you can follow the effectiveness of this treatment as it progresses.”

you can find the links and photographic evidence down the bottom right of their website.

    • it really is an amazing plant. 1.5 acres of cannabis makes as much paper as 4.5 acres of trees. also it is a yearly crop, not every 20. it also sucks in Co2 like nobodies business!
at least use it for the industrial and medical sectors. its a no brainer!

    Firstly because it is news.
Also, the seizures reported are but a tiny fracture of the number which occur.
