EVERY WEEKDAY EVENING, TheJournal.ie brings you the five stories you need to know before you head out the door.

1. #INVESTIGATION Gardaí are investigating after a two-year-old boy was found dead in a south Dublin apartment. A woman in her 40s has been arrested at the scene.

2. #EBOLA An Air France plane was grounded at Madrid airport due to a suspected Ebola case. Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that 23 tests for Ebola were performed on 14 people in Ireland. All of the tests came back negative.

3. #PROSTITUTION A new report recommends recognising prostitution as a form of sexual violence, and criminalising the purchase of sexual services while decriminalising and providing support for people who sell them.

4. #OXEGEN A man who sued MCD after breaking his ankle in Oxegen mud has lost his court case. The Judge said that it would not be just or fair to seek damages from MCD.

5. #WATER CHARGES A letter was sent to tenants who are part of the government’s Rental Accommodation Scheme in Co Wicklow, telling them that failure to pay their water charges there could “jeopardise” their tenancy.
