Man arrested over murder of Paul Byrne whose skeletal remains were found in 2010

The skeletal remains were found by a forestry worker felling trees in a remote area of Blessington.

A MAN HAS been arrested in connection with the murder of Paul ‘Frank’ Byrne.

Byrne’s skeletal remains were discovered at Ballyfolan, Blessington, Co. Wicklow on July 29, 2010.

The 20-year-old had been missing from his home in Tallaght for one year.

A 22-year-old man was arrested this morning in Baltinglass and is currently detained at Bray Garda station.
