GARDAÍ SAY that the death of a man whose body was found when his car was recovered from Howth Harbour today is a “tragic incident” and is not being treated as suspicious. The pier has been closed off to the public to facilitate the recovery operation. Gardaí, the Coast Guard, Howth RNLI and Dublin Fire Brigade paramedics attended the scene after the alarm was raised at 10.30am today.
