Man charged with murder after body of Lithuanian found in garage

A 34-year-old man is due in court.

A MAN IS due to appear before court in Northern Ireland tomorrow charged with murder following the death of a 32-year-old earlier this month.

Gediminas Stauskas, originally from Lithuania, was found dead in a garage in Coalisland, Co Tyrone.

The PSNI said last night a 34-year-old man had been charged.

He’s due to appear before court tomorrow morning in connection with the murder and is facing a string of other charges, some of which are believed to relate to separate incidents in Newry.

These include attempted murder, kidnapping, firearm offences, and drug offences.

Comments have been closed as the matter is now before the courts.
