3. #CUTS: Microsoft has announced plans to cut 18,000 jobs from its global workforce. These will take place as the company integrates recently-acquired Nokia.
4. #INDUSTRIAL ACTION: Siptu has criticised Greyhound after the company contacted residents in Dublin this morning claiming that the picketers were disrupting services.
5. #SUMMER HOLLIERS: The Dáil has risen for the summer. TDs will now focus on constituency work until 17 September.
