The candidates have been travelling across the country delivering their message.

THE RACE FOR the Áras is now in full swing with one debate already behind the seven candidates and another one tonight on TV3 (watch out for our liveblog on that later from 9pm).

In between, the seven men and women who hope to succeed Mary McAleese in Áras an Uachtaráin next month have been travelling across the country, meeting members of the electorate and pushing hard for their vote on 27 October.
