A YOUNG IRISH man has died in a hotel in Mumbai.
The man, named in Indian newspapers as Brendan Devenney (24), was found unconscious in a hotel room in Sahar on Tuesday, according to the Times of India.
It is believed he is from Mullingar.
The paper says that the post-mortem report has not been made public yet.
It is expected that his body will be brought home to Ireland soon to be buried, after being handed to the Irish embassy.
