Good news: Three companies to create 125 new jobs in Dublin
Aditi Technologies, Synowledge and Value Nation are recruiting in the capital.
THREE COMPANIES WILL create 125 new jobs in Dublin, according to announcements this morning.
Jobs Minister Richard Bruton revealed details of foreign investment by two Indian-headquartered firms as part of a trade mission to Bangalore.
Cloud computing firm Aditi Technologies is to establish its European Services and Business Development Centre in the capital, creating 40 jobs.
The positions will be in consulting and engineering and the hiring process has been described as “gradual”.
Aditi focuses on how businesses can benefit from emerging trends in cloud, social media and mobile which impacts the way organisations operation and how workers interact with systems at home and at work.
‘High-quality jobs’
A second announcement revealed that Synowledge will set up its international headquarters in Dublin, creating 35 new positions.
The Indian company specialises in the provision of drug safety and regulatory affairs services for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors.
Activities carried out will include business development for non-US markets, near shore servicing and IP management. The Irish operation will also carry out sales and marketing for the entire Synowledge product portfolio and will provide near-shore delivery of the company’s pharmacovigilance, regulatory and IT services to Europe.
Speaking from Bangalore, Minister Bruton said that both sectors – life sciences and cloud computing – had been a key target of the government’s strategy for jobs.
Meanwhile, two former senior managers of the One4All gift card have set up a new customer engagement loyalty company.
Value Nation is recruiting 50 people over the next year-and-a-half in Dublin 17.
