IF YOU’RE ALWAYS the first person to volunteer to host family nights or dinners, this four-bed detached house in Naas, Co Kildare will certainly appeal.
Located less than a five-minute drive from Naas town, Longstone is a new development of three and four-bedroom family homes.
Positioned on Blessington Road, prices for homes at the development begin at €350,000 for a three-bed semi-detached property. Four-bed semi-detached homes are on the market for €390,000, while four-bed detached houses are priced at €460,000.
Stepping inside one of the four-bed detached homes, the open-plan living, kitchen and dining room is to the left of the hallway. This design makes for the perfect space for entertaining, and allows the host to keep an eye on whatever food is cooking while guests relax in the living area.
In the kitchen, there’s full-height wall units, quartz worktops, integrated appliances and a centre island, while French doors open to the rear garden and patio area.
Across the hall, there’s another spacious living room with a bay window and fireplace. Raised ceilings on the ground floor add to the feeling of spaciousness, while walls and ceilings are painted throughout.
Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms and one single bedroom, meaning parents will be within easy access of little ones in case of any nightmares. Each bedroom comes complete with sleek built-in wardrobes, while two bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathroom. Each bathroom is finished with bespoke wall tiling and heated towel rails, while there’s a bath in the main bathroom.
Eco-conscious buyers are in luck at Longstone, with all homes coming pre-wired to facilitate an electric vehicle charging point. Each property at the development is A-rated for energy efficiency, with a number of features designed to lower energy usage, including high levels of wall, floor and roof insulation.
Families are sure to appreciate Longstone’s location, with a selection of secondary and primary schools in close proximity to the development. Sallins and Naas railway station can be reached within 10 minutes, providing a direct link to Dublin city centre. If you want to take the car, the drive to the heart of the capital will take about 45 minutes.
