MADONNA IS OFFERING a reward for the safe return of vintage pieces she wore during her appearance at Coachella during Sabrina Carpenter’s set last Friday.
In a statement on her Instagram page, she said that she discovered that the pieces that she wore went missing after the performance.
These included a jacket, corset, dress, and “all other garments”, that were pulled from her personal archives.
The 67-year-old singer added that other archival items went missing as well, and said that “these aren’t just clothes, they are part of my history.”
Madonna made a surprise appearance at Coachella music festival on Friday night, during Sabrina Carpenter’s headline set.
They sang well-known hits such as Vogue and Like a Virgin together, as well as a new song, Bring Your Love, from Madonna’s upcoming album, Confessions II.
She said onstage that it was 20 years since she performed at Coachella, and that it was a “thrill” to be back, wearing the same boots, corset, and jacket.
She said on Instagram that she is “hoping and praying that some kind soul, will find these items” and added that she is “offering a reward for their safe return”.
