A 41-YEAR-OLD man will appear in court today charged in relation to the death of Dutch citizen Kamal El Habsati whose body was found in an apartment in Ballymun, Dublin, on 5 December.
The man will appear at Court No 2 at the Criminal Courts of Justice Parkgate Street, at 4.15pm today, charged in relation to the death of the 31-year-old.
He was arrested on Wednesday at Dublin Airport and was detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act,1984, at Ballymun Garda Station.
The Dutchman had been living and working in Dublin for some time and shared the apartment with a male housemate, who Gardaí had been trying to locate.
