Man injured in Dublin knife attack

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following the stabbing in the early hours of this morning.

GARDAÍ ARE APPEALING for witnesses after a man was stabbed at a house in Dublin in the early hours of this morning.

A 26-year-old man was stabbed at 12.45am at a house in Ashlawn Park, in the Ballybrack area of Dublin.

He was seriously injured in the attack and was brought to St Vincent’s hospital where it is believed he is in a stable condition.

The scene was technically examined by gardaí.

No arrests have been made and gardaí are now appealing for witnesses or people who were in the Ashlawn Park area around 12.45am and may have seen anything of interest to contact them.
