DUBLIN’S NORTH QUAYS have been reopened this evening following an a security alert near the Irish Financial Services Centre. A suspect device was located near the Clarion Hotel on Excise Walk, but was declared a hoax upon arrival by the Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal team. Queen Elizabeth is due in the area tomorrow night for an event at the National Convention Centre.
