It's October... but it's set to hit almost 20 degrees this weekend

Saturday is to be warm, sunny and dry with temperatures between 16 and 19 degrees.

WITH THE EXCEPTION of Friday, it’s going to get warmer and drier as the weekend goes on with temperatures almost reaching 20 degrees on Saturday.

Today will start mostly dry with good sunshine in the morning, Met Éireann forecasted. Rain will start later in the afternoon in Connacht and Ulster before spreading towards the rest of the country by the evening.

Temperatures today will range between 13 and 15 degrees.

There’ll be a wet start tomorrow, but the cloud will break up and the rain will turn more showery when the day goes on.

Thursday will take a similar pattern to today, with good sunshine in the morning before rain later in the day. Friday will have occasionally persistent and heavy rain, but temperatures both days will be in the mid to high teens.

Saturday is to be warm, sunny and dry with temperatures between 16 and 19 degrees.
