Pedestrianisation trials are being carried out in the area this weekend.
The pedestrianisation trials take place over four consecutive weekends starting today.
With very little cost, Cork City Council has plans to make streets pedestrian-only until 31 August, and possibly beyond that, if it goes well.
Trials begin on 25 July and will run for 4 consecutive weekends.
