Poll: Have you ever eaten in a Michelin-starred restaurant?

Give it to us straight. Be honest.

WITH TWO MICHELIN stars to its name, Ireland’s most celebrated eatery, Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud, is having its ‘best ever year’.

According to company accounts, profits at the business increased by €210,458 – going from €564,531 to €774,989 in the 12 months to the end of August last.

As it benefits from a boom in fine dining and the recovering economy in Dublin, the 23-year-old restaurant is now hoping for that elusive third star.

But, obviously, not everyone is feeling the recovery. Or enjoys fine dining.

How about you?

Have you ever eaten in a Michelin-starred restaurant?
