Sky News to launch in Arabic

BSKYB is in talks to launch Sky News in Arabic. The service would compete with Al-Jazareera and would be free-to-air. Media Guardian is reporting that the new service is a 50/50 joint venture between Sky and an Abu-Dhabi based investor.
