#MURDER: Police in Northern Ireland have launched a murder investigation, naming the victim of last night’s shooting in Belfast as pizza delivery worker and father-of-one Kieran McManus.
#FRONTLINE: Two paramedics were assaulted while attending an incident on Westmoreland Street in Dublin’s city centre at about 1am this morning. Both men received cuts to their faces and were treated in hospital. A 30-year-old has been arrested and charged.
#THEFT: It wasn’t a good start to Easter Sunday for one Kildare church as the local priest in Sallins discovered the Blessed Sacrament and other religious items had been stolen overnight. Gardaí are investigating.
#REMEMBER: Commemorations to mark the 97th anniversary of the Easter Rising in 1916 took place across the country today. We have the photos.
