UPC opens its first 'customer experience centre'

Th centre, based on Henry St, came after customer feedback and allows people to try out UPC’s products before they buy.

UPC HAS OPENED its first in a network of customer experience centres.

The stores are being opened in partnership with Carphone Warehouse in order to showcase all of UPC’s fibre-powered services and products, the company said.

Anna Maria Barry of UPC said that the idea for the centres came from customer feedback. As more and more services came on line, she said:

a lot of people wanted to actually come in and experience it themselves, and this is a new way of meeting customers.

The first centre opened today on Henry Street, in Dublin 1, and customers are invited to visit the store to try out all of the UPC fibre-powered products.
