IT’S A FIERCE soft morning so we hope you brought your brollies with you.
There was a misty start to the morning and AA Roadwatch is advising drivers to use caution on the roads:
Dublin City Council’s traffic camera’s speak for themselves:
Met Éireann says there will be scattered outbreaks of rain in some places, though it will be persistent in others. There is also a risk of isolated thunderstorms.
Lowest temperatures will be 10 to 12 degrees.
As for the rest of the week, we will see some sunny spells and it will be rather mild tomorrow but various weather systems will be moving across the country from the Atlantic.

This means we’re in for strong winds and heavy showers on Wednesday and Thursday.
We’ll end the week with a very windy day as Met Éireann predicts gale force winds with a mix of sunny spells and heavy, thundery downpours. For good measure, they’ve also thrown in some hail.
So, in true Irish weather tradition, we’ve got the whole spectrum ahead of us this week. Enjoy!
