AN 81-YEAR-OLD WOMAN has died in a house fire in Co Cork.
The alarm was raised shortly after 7am this morning.
The woman was pronounced dead on the scene, at Kilavoultra outside Macroom.
Forensic examinations of the scene are due later this afternoon.
A man and woman in the house were also treated for smoke inhalation.
The fire is not being treated as suspicious.
