THE HEALTH AND Safety Authority is investigating the circumstances surrounding the work-related death of a man in Kinsale, Co Cork earlier today. The death is understood to have happened at a grain mill. The HSA says it is unable to release personal details about the man at this time and its investigations are at a very early stage. Gardaí say they are not treating the death as suspicious.
