With energy price hikes kicking in soon and temperatures falling, are you switching on the timer – or holding off as long as possible?

AFTER A PRETTY dismal summer, most parts of Ireland have been lashed with rain for the best part of the past week.

With temperatures looking to dip into single digits tonight – but also bearing in mind the major hikes in gas and electricity prices – we have to ask:
