THE WORLD WIDE web turns 25 today.

In just a quarter of a century, it has grown from an idea to help researchers at CERN to become the most powerful communications tool on the planet, connecting  2.5 billion people to about 60 trillion web pages.

But do you dread those times when you get cut-off ? Do you get panicked if you can’t check your emails or get lost if you can’t access a map with your exact location?
