IT’S SO EASY to make excuses to get out of going to the gym, particularly in the morning.

You might have kids to drop to school, a long commute to work or a million other reasons to not go.

But what if we told you there was a 30-minute workout you could squeeze into even the tightest of schedules? All you have to do is complete the circuit in the video above four times, taking a minute’s break between each circuit.

It really is that simple and, importantly, you’ll still have time for a quick shower afterwards.
