1. #ROADS: A French man has been fined €4,000 for careless driving in Dublin city centre which caused the death of a mother-of-one last year.

2. #DONEGAL A post-mortem on a girl who died after becoming ill while on a night out in Letterkenny has been unable to determine a cause of death. Tory Johnson was rushed to hospital after having a seizure on Tuesday night.

3. #INVESTIGATION: Two employees at a Dublin hospital have been suspended after it emerged that some senior staff had accepted expensive holidays and gifts from a supplier.

4. #MOSQUE: A decision on planning permission for a mosque in Tralee  has been delayed over concerns about a public call to prayer system. Kerry Islamic Cultural Centre submitted its application in April.

5. #ROAD RAGE: Police in England have arrested a man on suspicion of murder after a motorist was stabbed to death following a car accident. The victim died at the scene from stab wounds.
