ONE OF TWO men arrested over possession of guns following a Garda chase in Dublin yesterday is expected in court later today.

The 28-year-old man is expected to appear before the Courts of Criminal Justice in Dublin this morning charged in connection with the incident.

A 19-year-old man who was also arrested in the Crumlin area of the city was released without charge last night.

Detectives on walking patrol on the Crumlin Road yesterday responded to a call in the area and approached two men who both fled.

They were arrested and two firearms, along with ammunition, were recovered.
