Man charged with having false passport at Dublin Airport

There are no more serious charges being considered at this time.

A MAN HAS been charged with being in possession of a false passport at Dublin Airport today.

The 34 year old was questioned at Ballymun garda station after being detained off a flight at 9am.  

He was brought to the District Court and charged with an offence under Section 26 of the Criminal Justice Act related to being in possession of a false instrument.

There are no more serious charges being considered at this time.
