NINETEEN STAFF AT BORD NA MÓNA’S power plant in Longford have agreed to return to work, ending unofficial strike action at the business, the Longford Leader reports. Forty staff had staged a work stoppage about a month ago over a pay dispute, and just over half of those returned to work last week. The dispute between staff and management is being taken to the Labour Relations Commission, which will hold its hearing next week.
