British couple dies in separate falls while visiting Morocco

Roger and Mathilde Lamb died days apart during a family holiday with their four children.

A BRITISH COUPLE has died while on holiday in Morocco in separate falls.

Roger and Mathilde Lamb from Pensham in England were with on holidays with their four sons, aged between 11 and 17.

The BBC reports that Mrs Lamb, 44, fell from an apartment building. Her 47-year-old husband fell down stairs at a different building just days later. Britain’s Foreign Office is investigating the circumstances surrounding the deaths.

The couple’s four children have already been brought back to the UK and are staying with relatives.

Mathilde Lamb’s brother-in-law told the Telegraph that he hadn’t realised the family was on holidays in Morocco and was shocked to hear of their deaths.

He said that after being informed of Mathilde’s death, they were informed that her husband was seriously injured. They were subsequently told he had died in hospital.
