Take our quiz to see which micro-credential programme from IMI suits you best.

INTERESTED IN DEVELOPING new abilities to help advance your career? The Irish Management Institute (IMI) is offering a number of micro-credential programmes that will help you expand your expertise and assist in your professional development.

Micro-credentials are short, accredited, assessed, industry-powered qualifications. These bite-sized programmes allow professionals to take control of their development while enabling companies to nurture and retain top talent and increase their competitive advantage.

The micro-credential programmes will be delivered through a mix of in-person and online sessions, and are suitable for those short on time but still keen to develop their capabilities.

Each programme awards the participants 5 ECTS, which they can apply towards the Professional Diploma on that pathway.

Currently, IMI is offering four micro-credential programmes:

Advanced Negotiation Skills

Digital Disruption & Transformation

Finance for Non-Financial Managers

Strategic People Management
