Poll: Did you spend more money this Christmas?

Indications are that shoppers this year will have spent more on presents than they have in years.

TOMORROW IS THE big day and most people have all of their Christmas shopping done or are getting the last bits out of the way today.

Shopping streets in cities across the country have been busier than ever and retailers are expecting to have their best year since the recession kicked in.

Early indications are that consumers are spending more this festive season – and that’s before the sales kick in.

We want to know how tired your purses and wallets are right now: Did you spend more money this Christmas?
