THE TAOISEACH’S TRADITIONAL St Patrick’s week visit to the United States may have been dogged by more controversy this time around than in previous years, but they were plenty of happy moments judging from the pictures.

Enda Kenny was in New York, Boston and Washington DC this year, meeting the great and the good including President Barack Obama in the Oval Office.

Shamrock, green ties and other green things were in abundance.
