File being prepared for DPP over Dublin arrest

One of the two men arrested yesterday by gardaí investigating dissident republicans has been released, but a file is being prepared for the DPP.

GARDAÍ HAVE RELEASED one of the two men arrested in Dublin yesterday in connection with an ongoing investigation into the activities of dissident republicans.

He was being held at Raheny Garda Station and was released without charge late last night.

Gardaí said this morning that a file is being prepared for the DPP.

The second man arrested yesterday is still being held at Clontarf Garda Station.
