Gardaí seek help in finding woman missing from Dublin home

Bláthnaid Timothy, 33, originally from Co Galway, went missing from her Camden Street home in Dublin city centre on Tuesday, 14 December.

GARDAÍ ARE APPEALING for the public’s assistance in locating a 33-year-old woman who has been missing from her Dublin home since last Tuesday.

Bláthnaid Timothy, originally from Glenamaddy, Co Galway, went missing from her home at Smith Hall, Camden Street, Dublin city, on 14 December.

She is described as being 5′ 6” in height, with medium length dark brown hair and is of thin build. She has a pale complexion, and was wearing a black 3/4-length dark wool coot, possibly grey jeans and a scarf (possibly black and red).

She is believed to have used an ATM on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay shortly before 8pm on Tuesday evening, the night she went missing. CCTV footage shows her using the ATM, then immediately hailing a taxi which appears to be a black Mercedes.

Gardaí are interested in speaking to that taxi driver to find out where she was dropped off.

Anyone with information is asked to contact gardaí on 01 666 9500.
