Labour’s Liz McManus to retire at next election
LABOUR TD LIZ MCMANUS has announced that she will not seek re-election at the next general election. McManus (62), the party’s spokesperson on communications, energy and natural resources, says it is “vital that Labour offers new, younger candidates to the electorate” and will step aside to allow younger candidates to run.
