A YOUNG MAN is to be charged in connection with an aggravated robbery at a business premises on Lombard Street East, Dublin 2 yesterday morning.
The man (24) will appear before court tomorrow morning at 10.30am.
At around 9am yesterday, a man armed with a knife entered the business premises and stole a quantity of cash.
Gardaí were alerted and on arrival were met by a man armed with a knife, who fled the scene on foot.
Gardai pursued the man and following a struggle Gardaí arrested him and held him at Pearse Street Garda Station.
The stolen cash and a knife were recovered at the scene.
