GARDAÍ HAVE ARRESTED a man as part of their investigation into a fatal hit-and-run that occurred in Dublin in July.
The collision took place in the early hours of the morning of 17 July on the Coast Road in Baldoyle, Dublin 13.
A man in his 40s was killed and the driver of the stolen car failed to remain at the scene.
It’s believed the vehicle involved was stolen by a gang of car thieves operating from the west of Dublin city.
The driver, aged in his late teens, was arrested today is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984, at a Garda station in Dublin.
A Garda spokesperson said investigations are ongoing.
