Man (40s) stabbed in the face during serious assault in Leixlip
Gardaí have launched an investigation into the attack.
GARDAÍ IN KILDARE are investigating an early morning assault which has left one man hospitalised.
Shortly after midnight on 14 May, a man in his 40s was allegedly assaulted by a number of people on Main Street in Leixlip.
The man received stab wounds to his face and was taken to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown.
No arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing.
