Poll: Is it time for another referendum on abortion?

One Fine Gael councillor is calling for a referendum on the 8th amendment – is it time?

A POLL COMMISSIONED by Amnesty International has shown 81% of people in Ireland are in favour of widening the grounds for legal abortion access.

It comes as Fine Gael councillor Kate O’Connell is calling for a referendum to repeal the 8th amendment – something pro-choice activists have also been pushing for lately.

We want to know what you think: Is it time for another referendum on abortion?

Poll Results:

Yes (7723)
No (1969)
I'm not sure (283)
