John McGuinness came in for a chat this week and everything from toilet paper to walking dogs came up…

IN HIS NEARLY four years as chair of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), John McGuinness, has crafted a reputation for being a straight-talker who isn’t afraid to criticise his own party.

4. Does he stand by his view that the State should, in some cases, pay for wives to accompany ministers on foreign trips? (and what sort of toilet tissue does he use?)

6. Finally, would he like to be Taoiseach?
