Sligo assault arrest
ONE MAN HAS been arrested following a serious assault in Sligo town on Thursday evening, RTÉ reports. The man was arrested last night and is being questioned by gardaí at Ballymote Garda Station. A 60-year-old man remains in critical condition in hospital after sustaining serious head injuries in the incident.
