Man who was seriously injured in Swords nightclub assault has died this evening
The incident occurred outside the Wright Venue in the early hours of Sunday morning.
THE 34-YEAR-OLD man who was seriously injured following an incident outside a Swords nightclub has died this evening.
The incident occurred outside the Wright Venue nightclub at Airside, Swords, at 3.40am on Sunday morning.
A man in his 30s was arrested following the incident, and he remains in custody pending further questioning from gardaí. He is being held at Swords garda station.
Investigating gardaí are renewing their appeal for witnesses, and are particularly keen on speaking to anybody who may have witnessed an altercation between two men outside the nightclub between 3am and 3.30am.
